Agency Fee
Where we have dealt with an application on your
behalf to a brewer, pub owning individual or company,
which leads to your being granted a tenancy or other form of
letting with that company/owner.
Also payable when a
letting is effected through this office directly or
indirectly as a result of our introduction to the
company/owner.
Up to a maximum of 10% of the house rent

Professional & Administration Fee
This charge covers all the office work including telephone calls made and received, advice
given, letters written, postage etc., but excluding inventory typing costs.
Fixed Charge of £175

Preparation & Service of Licensing Notices
To receive your details and duly complete and serve notices on all
necessary parties required to transfer the Premises Licence and vary the
Designated Premises Supervisor.
To attend the relevant court on up to two
occasions to support the application with you.

Valuation & Negotiation Fee
To prepare a valuation of the approved inventory, glassware, small catering effects and sundries,
and negotiate best price with opposing valuer/broker.
5.5% of agreed valuation figure/£55 per £1000 (min fee £325)

Change & Attendance fee
To attend the house on the day of completion and conduct the change over on your behalf
preparing statements of account detailing monies paid out
in obtaining the tenancy.

Travelling and out of pocket expenses
To cover all sundry costs involved with the visits to the
pub and the court.
Normally not exceeding £50-£60, but agreeable at the time of instruction

Half inventory costs
Your half share of the typing, copying, and postal costs of the inventory
in respect of your pub.
Calculated on the valuation of the inventory, £30 on the first £2000 and
50p per £100 thereafter, with a minimum fee of £30.

VAT is chargeable on all fees at the current standard rate
In addition to our own costs, the Council fees are £46 for both the transfer of the premises licence and to vary the Designated Premises Supervisor.
