Leasehold Fees

If you purchase a leasehold via our company, there are no agency fees made by ourselves as the vendor will be responsible for these costs. You may however have fees such as:

Professional Fees & Court costs in obtaining relevant Justices Licences
(see our tenancy section for these charges)
Surveyors charges for a structural survey/report
Solicitors charges for legal documentation/administration work
Banks charges for a freehold/business valuation report
Stocktakers charges for valuing the stock and glassware etc.

If you wish to sell a leasehold through our company, fees are strictly by negotiation at the time of instruction.
