Freehold Fees

If you purchase a freehold via our company, there are no agency fees made by ourselves as the vendor will be responsible for these costs. You may however have fees such as:

Licensing costs for transfer of Licence/DPS
Surveyors charges for a structural survey/report
Solicitors charges for legal documentation/administration work
Banks charges for a freehold/business valuation report
Stocktakers charges for valuing the stock and glassware etc.

If you wish to sell a freehold through our company, fees are strictly by negotiation at the time of instruction
